Be the Vital Link in the Guest Experience:

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for interacting with clients and agencies, ensuring seamless bookings and providing all necessary information. Your attention to detail will guarantee that each guest has a personalized and high-quality experience from the start of their stay.

You will help maximize the resort's revenue by having in-depth knowledge of our products, rooms, and services, while also offering exceptional support for our guest loyalty program. Your communication and organizational skills will be essential to ensure that all reservations are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the implemented Reservations Manual;
• Help maximize revenue by reviewing reservations and ensuring details are correct;
• Provide special treatment for regular and VIP guests;
• Assign rooms according to bookings and avoid unnecessary upgrades;
• Prepare performance reports and ensure accuracy of guest historical records;
• Understand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
