• Est référent opérationnel terrain pour ces points de vente dans le but d’assurer la continuité opérationnelle et managériale.
• Garant de l’excellence opérationnelle, la qualité de service et la satisfaction client sur l’ensemble des services concernés (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner, brunch, lounge).
• Met en œuvre, sur le terrain, la stratégie Food & Beverage définie par la Direction.
• Assure une présence managériale active et visible pendant les services
• Veille au respect des standards Anantara, des exigences LQA et des procédures internes de service.
• Contribue activement à la fidélisation de la clientèle, notamment par la personnalisation du service et le suivi des clients réguliers et VIP.
• Maîtrise parfaite du pilotage des activitées liées à la restauration.
• Goût prononcé pour le challenge et la recherche de performance.
• Excellent sens du relationnel, de l’accueil et du service.
• Expérience confirmée en encadrement d'équipe.
• Forte capacité à accompagner, fédérer et développer les équipes.
• Maîtrise des codes du luxe et des standards de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme..
• Maîtrise obligatoire des langues - Français et Anglai
