Le/la Responsable Adjoint(e) Ingénierie veille au bon fonctionnement des équipements et installations techniques de la propriété afin de garantir en permanence le confort et la sécurité des clients et collaborateurs.
En étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Technique, cette personne coordonne les opérations de maintenance, supervise les équipes techniques et agit comme principal relais opérationnel sur le terrain.
Responsabilités principales :
- Superviser les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective
- Répartir et coordonner les missions des techniciens sur le terrain
- Garantir un service efficace, discret et respectueux de l’expérience client
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements techniques, mécaniques et véhicules de transport
- Participer au développement, à la formation et à l’organisation de l’équipe technique
- Contrôler régulièrement les installations afin de prévenir tout dysfonctionnement
- Être le principal point de référence en l’absence du Directeur Technique
- Minimum de 3 à 4 ans d’expérience en maintenance ou ingénierie, idéalement en hôtellerie ou gestion immobilière
- Formation technique souhaitée
- Bonne maîtrise des systèmes techniques et équipements hôteliers
- Capacité à coordonner une équipe et gérer les priorités opérationnelles
- Leadership, autonomie et sens du service
- Capacité à lire et suivre des instructions techniques et consignes de sécurité
- Bonne connaissance des fournisseurs, pièces et outils techniques
- Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite irréprochable

Close to the Château and the Longère, the Laiterie is a solid 18th-century building that hosts an exhibition space on the ground floor with rotating temporary exhibitions. The Farm is dedicated to breeding Limousin cattle, coexisting harmoniously with the hotel area. The domain is often rewarded for the quality of its livestock at competitions.
