Le Domaine des Etangs, a 5-star hotel in the Auberge Resorts Collection, spans 1000 hectares of preserved nature.
The Château, adorned with light-colored stones, has retained the charm and spirit of a family home along with the mysteries of its origins dating back to the 13th century.
It houses seven large suites and rooms, each unique, named after celestial bodies. The interior decoration of the château is punctuated with antiques and custom-made creations, unique objects, and works of art. The Thermes, inspired by the Gallo-Romans, are located in the basement of the Château. They allow guests to enjoy a thermal journey including an indoor pool, steam baths, and a frigidarium.
Treatments offered by the practitioners at Moulin des Etangs are directly inspired by the surrounding nature and its cycles. Renovated from old farm buildings, the 6 farmhouses are designed for reconnection with the essentials, whether with family or friends, providing the charm and comfort of a five-star hotel.
A long building typical of rural architecture, the Longère houses the reception, the Dyades restaurant, a boutique dedicated to regional and artisanal creations, and four suites inspired by the four seasons. Close to the Château and the Longère, the Laiterie is a solid 18th-century building that hosts an exhibition space on the ground floor with rotating temporary exhibitions. The Farm is dedicated to breeding Limousin cattle, coexisting harmoniously with the hotel area. The domain is often rewarded for the quality of its livestock at competitions.
