L’hôtel Byblos***** Palace, situé en plein cœur de Saint-Tropez recrute son Barman (H/F) pour compléter son équipe de Restauration.
Le Barman (H/F) assiste le Chef Barman au bon déroulement du service du bar, par son efficacité et son sens relationnel. En absence du Chef Barman, il/ elle gère l'équipe du bar, est à l’écoute des besoins de la clientèle et communique avec ses supérieurs hiérarchiques. Il/Elle suit les directives qui lui sont transmises et contribue ainsi à assurer un bon esprit d’équipe au sein de la brigade. Il/Elle collabore à la gestion des stocks, à l’élaboration des boissons et au service de la clientèle.
