En MAJESTIC HOTEL & SPA, queremos incorporar al equipo a un/una CAMARERO/A ROOM SERVICE, 40h/semana.
Te pediremos las siguientes FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Montaje y entrega de pedidos: Preparación de presentaciones de pedidos en bandeja o mesa según los estándares LQA, asegurando calidad y limpieza; entrega en habitaciones destacando el aspecto emocional para el deleite del huésped.
- Limpieza y recogida eficiente: Coordinación del tiempo de recogida con el huésped o limpieza inmediata de pasillos y habitaciones, manteniendo el orden y la higiene en todo momento.
- Gestión de amenidades: Administración, entrega y recogida de amenidades en perfecto estado según indicaciones del departamento de Guest Relations, utilizando la app HMobile para monitoreo constante.
