- Contrôler la qualité des mets et des produits.
- Dresser pour l'envoi et assurer la bonne présentation des mets.
- Exécuter la production des mets selon les fiches techniques.
- Participer à la création de nouveaux mets en faisant part de ses idées au Chef de Cuisine.
