Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Maîtriser les cuissons et assaisonnements .
- Connaitre les recettes de base.
- Effectuer les préparations préliminaires, et mettre en place les matériels avant le service
- Effectuer le contrôle qualitatif et quantitatif des matières premières commandées
- Respecter les procédures, la réglementation en matière de sécurité et d'hygiène alimentaire, et effectuer les autocontrôles normes HACCP
- Organiser et contrôler le nettoyage de la cuisine
- Gérer et animer l'équipe de sa partie
-Participer à la gestion des stocks/ commandes
