Key Responsibilities of a Reception Supervisor:
-Supervising the Front Office team in day to day tasks
-Checking guests in and out in accordance with hotel standards
-Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
-Support the reservations team in completion of reservations as required.
-Operate computerised system for reservations, arrivals and departures ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
-To provide the Guest, at all times, with the highest level of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs and initiating actions to exceed expectations where possible.

-Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor in a hotel or similar environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
-Positive attitude towards training, development, and teamwork
-Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests
-Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
-Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively.
-Flexibility with the shifts and rosters, and understand that hospitality team members work through all Public Holidays.
