Under the supervision of the Events Operations Manager, you will take part in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of a wide variety of events, including weddings, galas, corporate seminars, and private parties.
We are looking for an intern who can start in May or June.
Main Responsibilities
- Take part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events.
- Assist the team in communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Help coordinate between different internal departments (F&B, housekeeping, security, etc.) and external vendors.
- Contribute to the setup, operational follow-up, and breakdown of events, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assist in monitoring operations and resolving any last-minute issues on the event day.
- Help manage the inventory of event supplies and equipment.
- Observe and support the team in collecting client feedback and improving future services.
- Participate in the preparation of budget documents and help track event-related expenses.
- Currently enrolled student in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, MUST have a valid internship agreement. Starting in June 2026.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and client-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Good proficiency with MS Office Suite.
