We are currently seeking a Spa Receptionist & Attendant to join our award-winning team. This dual-role position is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with guests whilst also taking pride in maintaining immaculate spa facilities and supporting a seamless daily operation.

The Role
As a Spa Receptionist & Attendant, you will play an important role in every stage of the guest journey. You will provide a warm and engaging welcome, assist guests with their appointments and enquiries, maintain luxury standards throughout the spa, and ensure all facilities are presented to the highest level at all times.

This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility to support both reception and attending duties as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

• Deliver a warm, genuine, and personalised welcome to every guest.
• Manage spa reservations, enquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Promote treatments, wellness experiences, and retail products.
• Assist guests with treatment recommendations and spa information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Communicate effectively with therapists, attendants, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and promptly.

Spa Attendant Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas, pool areas, and treatment room support spaces.
• Prepare and replenish guest amenities, towels, robes, and refreshments.
• Complete opening, daytime, and closing duties to luxury standards.
• Support therapists with room preparation and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
  Identify and report maintenance or presentation issues promptly.
• Ensure the spa environment remains calm, inviting, and impeccable throughout the day.
