Château de Léognan is located on the famous Bordeaux wine route, ideally situated in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan wine region.
This property, built in the 17th century as a medieval fortress, has undergone several major renovations over time. It is now renowned for the quality of its wines, classified among the Grands Crus Classés of Graves.
After its acquisition, Groupe BMF launched a major renovation campaign to restore the four main buildings of the property: the château, the stables, the pavilion, and the dovecote. Three treehouses and four lodges were added to the property.
The partial opening of the estate, including the château, lodges, treehouses (24 rooms), the pavilion, and the spa, took place in July 2023.
Once the second phase of the renovation is completed, this 5-star hotel will offer 53 rooms, as well as two restaurants, a bar, a tea room, a cooking workshop, four seminar rooms, a spa, a tennis court, and an outdoor pool.
The Château Léognan also boasts a 6-hectare vineyard, producing around 30,000 bottles per year.
