We are recruiting for a full time Meetings & Events Executive to provide quality service to our guests, in line with The Red Carnation Hotels standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a high-standards environment.
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank holidays)

Key responsibilities of the position will include:
· Ensure all event venues are set up and ready to welcome guests promptly and to the highest standards.
· Deliver outstanding service throughout events, ensuring that each guest’s experience exceeds expectations.
· Foster excellent communication and teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination during events.
· Meet with prospective clients/couples for Hotel show arounds and site inspections.
· Plan and coordinate all events from enquiry stage through to final details for the day.
· Maximise sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and suggestive selling.
· Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment, particularly in meetings and events.
· A hands-on approach with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Exceptional communication abilities, both with guests and team members.
· A keen eye for detail, ensuring every event runs smoothly and flawlessly.
· Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
· A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges on the day of the event.
