We are now seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and connect with our valued guests in innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Promotion: Drive awareness and engagement for the LPM brand in Limassol through innovative marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our global brand identity .
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts , create engaging content, and implement campaigns to grow our online presence and customer engagement.
- Event Marketing: Collaborate with the local team to organize and promote events that reflect LPM’s unique dining experience, attracting both local and international audiences.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, on-brand materials for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns that highlight LPM’s offerings and values.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, local trends, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and social media metrics , and provide regular reports with improvement recommendations.
- Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and partners to amplify LPM’s presence in the community.

Profil busqueda
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury dining industry .
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Greek is a plus).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling .
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment .
- Passion for fine dining, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences .
