Are you a Hospitality Passionate? Are you seeking for new challenges? Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is looking for a dynamic, passionate experienced AC Specialist to join its Maintenance Team
Key Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain all Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment in the building in good working order
- To fully understand the principles of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and apply them in practice
- To fully understand about Refrigeration plants with piston compressors and water or air cooled heat exchangers
- To deal with Refrigeration plants with hermetic compressors and air cooled condensing units
- To regularly inspect air conditioning compressor units and carry out maintenance and repairs as necessary
- To maintain charging equipment, refrigeration test equipment and A/C tools in good condition
- To ensure cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs
- To understand control principles of all A/C systems and regularly test, repair and calibrate
- To verify building area temperatures and adjust as necessary and record on the plant log sheet
- To complete major and minor services on A/C, Refrigeration equipment as assigned and return the completed job sheets to the Engineering Office
- To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned
- To complete the personal daily job record, time book accurately and keep ready for inspection
- To fully comprehend the building automation system operation, alarm and functionality
- To trouble shoot & repair A/C systems when necessary
- To participate in new equipment installation projects
- To cross train in the fields of plumbing and plant mechanics
- To respond immediately to guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
Profil busqueda
- Proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of AC/Refrigeration equipment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Capable of repairing faulty AC/Refrigeration equipment
