Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is currently seeking for dynamic, motivated and talented "Concierge" to join our team. If you are looking for an exciting challenge, this opportunity is just for you!

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Provide guests with information and assistance regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
Handle guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other special requests.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, venues, and cultural activities.
Assist with luggage handling when required.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Profil busqueda

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or luxury establishment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong local knowledge of tourist attractions, restaurants, and cultural activities.
Fluent in English and French.
Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
