To check each table to ensure that it is clean, and fully set up before any guests are seated at the table.
To check with guests to get feedback on the quality of their experience. Share any problems that arise with outlet managers but try to take care of the problem at once.

Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Training, mentoring, and supervising junior hostesses in guest service and front-of-house operations.
Greeting and seating guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with grace and professionalism.
Collaborating with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area.
Coordinating with management to implement and uphold company policies and standards

Previous experience in same position for at least 1 year.
Luxury hotel experience is a must
