- Manage Information Technology and computer systems in a 5* hotel.
 
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology services to cluster-based associates.
 
- Organise and maintain documentation that is up-to-date.
 
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, and printers including end-users’ requirements.
 
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
 
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
 
- Assist in ad-hoc project and perform any other duties that is assigned from time to time and ensure timely completion.
 
- Maintain the security of confidential information
 
- Do proper planning on IT development that will make the operation of Shanti Maurice more effective and efficient.
 
- Ensure all systems (PMS Opera, Sun Accounting system, Book4time Software, Micros POS, HR Payroll Software,
 
- Interface, and Call Accounting system) are working properly and ready to be used in operation.
 
- Take immediate action if there is any problem with the IT equipment.
 
- Clean/remove the virus which may infect our system and do regular updates on the Antivirus system.
 
- Help the guests to get access to the Resort IT services when needed.
 
- Be on standby 24 hours a day in case of emergency or urgent guest requirements.
 
- Ensure all the network systems are running properly and the servers are ready to use.
 
- Be responsible for user accounts management including security for email and domain.
 
- Good communications skills. Fluent in both French and English; a third spoken language will be a plus.
 
- Prior experience in hospitality is a must
 
- Experience in IT infrastructure, electronics, planning and development
 
- Comfortable to meet and talk with hotel guests.
