As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Director in leading a team of exceptional therapists and wellness professionals, ensuring that every guest experience embodies the sophistication, serenity, and impeccable service synonymous with the Bvlgari name. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, motivating the team, and maintaining the Spa’s world-class standards in service, presentation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the daily management and smooth running of The Bvlgari Spa.
Lead by example to inspire, develop, and coach the team to deliver personalized, memorable experiences.
Ensure impeccable service standards and a consistently luxurious guest journey.
Drive performance through innovative treatments, exceptional client care, and an understanding of wellness trends.
Assist in financial performance monitoring, inventory control, and team scheduling.
Uphold brand values and ensure the Spa reflects the artistry and excellence of Bvlgari.

The Bvlgari Hotel London, inaugurated in 2012, is a beacon of luxury nestled in the prestigious Knightsbridge district. With 85 rooms and suites, it stands as a refined example of contemporary elegance and Italian sophistication in the heart of the British capital. The hotel was designed by renowned architect Antonio Citterio alongside Patricia Viel & Partners, and operates under the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts brand in partnership with Marriott International. It has earned acclaim for its high-end facilities, including a spa, private cinema, and 25-meter pool, all combined with bespoke service.
