For our two Michelin Star Kitchen we are looking for personable, passionate and driven Chefs de Partie Patisserie.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of creative pastries, desserts and bread
- Ensure and maintain precision, flavor and artistic attention to detail in all pastry items
- Monitor pastry inventory, ensuring all items are fresh, high-quality and adequately stocked
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of all pastry items
- Adapt to guest requests and dietary needs
- Support the Pastry Chef in menu planning and menu innovation
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Profil recherché
Our ideal candidate must possess:
- Fluent in English, German and Portuguese are a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and service teams
- Proven track record of working in high-pressure, high-standard kitchen environments
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing and executing pastry presentations
- Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants, specifically in pastry or dessert preparation
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the culinary arts
