We are offering a 6 months internship in Paris Head Office reporting to the HR Business Partner Retail Europe & Hotel Activities.  

Mission:

Support the HR Business Partner & the local management team in all Human Resources related

matters with an emphasis on social media & recruitment related activities for both Chopard core

activities & Hotel 1 Place Vendome.

1. France & Hotel activities – RECRUITMENT (~ 30%)

Recruitment support to HR BP

• manage job requisitions (internal approval process in CSOD)
• manage job advertisement in relevant portals
• organize interviews
• maintain dashboard of recruitment updates & statistics

Talent pooling

• create and maintain a talent pool for Retail activities
• create and maintain a talent pool for Hotel activities
• create creative tools for holding regular contact (Hotel activities)

2. Employer branding activities (~ 30%)

• seek and maintain good contacts to Schools MOU and activities
• organize school presentation and job dating
• presentation of Chopard for selected schools with activities
• presentation of 1 PV for selected schools with activities

3. Social Media activities  (~ 20%)

• maintain Linkedin account & prepare posts according to a calendar and present talents, special moments
• prepare and execute Internal communication in alignment with the HR BP
• analyse and suggest welfare and recognition activities

4. Support all administration activities during employee life cycles, such as .. (~ 20%)

• organize standardized onboarding processes in alignment with global standards
• create relevant and personalized  presentations, documents, agendas…
• manage Employment contracts for extras (hotel) & exit procedures
• manage standard payroll requests and standard HR administration matters
