Premier(ère) Sous Chef(fe) - Bar Vendôme H/F
En accord avec sa hiérarchie, le/la Premier(ère) Sous-Chef(fe) de Cuisine participe à la supervision et à l'organisation de la production et du service de la cuisine centrale.
Il/Elle est responsable du respect des standards, des procédures de production et des normes d'hygiène HACCP en vigueur au sein du Ritz Paris.
Il/Elle est force de proposition et de création afin d'améliorer les prestations et de développer le Chiffre d'Affaires et la rentabilité du département.
Il/Elle participe à la coordination journalière du service, au développement et à l'accompagnement de ses équipes.
Diplôme(s) minimum : CAP ou BEP en cuisine.
3 ans d'expérience minimum au sein d'un établissement similaire, de préférence.
Anglais courant.
