Sous la supervision de sa hiérarchie directe, le/la Stagiaire Sommellerie assiste et seconde les sommeliers dans leurs fonctions, dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein du Ritz Paris.
Il/Elle prépare et assure le rangement du matériel, de l'office et de la salle de restaurant.
Il/Elle participe au bon déroulement du service et assure un service personnalisé auprès de notre clientèle.
Il/Elle participe au suivi des stocks boissons et alcools.
Il/Elle assiste le sommelier dans la prise de commande, la préparation et la facturation des boissons et alcools.
Il/Elle est en charge du testing et du service du vin.
Il/Elle est en charge du suivi du service des boissons.
Il/Elle participe à la bonne communication et coordination intra et inter services (consignes, briefings, informations clients, etc.).
Il/Elle avertit ses collègues et supérieurs de tout problème mettant en cause la qualité et l'excellence du service à la clientèle.
Afin d'assurer un service et un suivi clientèle de qualité, Il/elle peut-être amené à assister et/ou remplacer ses collègues dans certaines de leurs fonctions.
BEP/CAP Restaurant.
Mention Complémentaire Sommellerie.
1ère expérience en sommellerie.
Anglais courant.
