Vendôm emerged from a frustration: recruiting qualified and engaged talents while I was leading teams in the luxury sector. Despite my network and experience, finding the right people remained a tedious and often unsatisfactory process.

Recruitment in luxury seemed like an endless quest, struggling to combine technical expertise with the “right attitude.” It was an essential necessity, but its complexity seemed insurmountable at the time.

Candidates were hard to evaluate as a whole, and due to the lack of a suitable ecosystem, companies and talents often evolved in parallel without truly meeting.

Like many leaders in luxury, I was convinced of the crucial importance of Human Capital in our industry. The problem wasn't a lack of talent, but the absence of a platform capable of effectively bringing together professionals who share the sector’s values of excellence.
