Our Butlers will play a key role in the success of the hotel rooms division and should demonstrate a strong and proactive relationship with all other departments, as well as be ambassadors of the Bvlgari Hotel London at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will provide a luxury personalized and “invisible” service by operating at an uncompromised level of high standards and impeccable attention to detail. You will use empowerment to make decisions that ensure resolutions, while maintaining strong and productive relationships with all departments of the Bulgari Hotel London.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your main responsibility is to maintain and control the hotel’s guest rooms and ensure an exceptional overall experience, including cleanliness, service delivery, arrival, check-in, stay, and check-out processes. Your role also involves satisfying any guest needs while adhering to Bvlgari Hotel & Resorts standards.
To be successful in your application, you should already have experience in a luxury service environment and possess a comprehensive understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. As an impeccably presented individual, you must have excellent customer service skills, with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
