A year after his appointment as Chef of Hôtel Martinez, Jean Imbert unveiled his new gastronomic project, Restaurant La Palme d'Or, during the opening of the Cannes Film Festival on May 14, 2024.

Chef Jean Imbert launched his first project with the opening of "Plage du Martinez" during the Cannes Film Festival, and Le Sud is a versatile venue, open day and night, located in the heart of the hotel. A hotspot of Cannes life that reconnects with the convivial and joyful spirit of the Roaring Twenties in an elegant and contemporary setting. Its outdoor terrace is an ode to hedonism under the gentle rays of the sun, savoring the beauty of this lush garden setting.
