LVMH Client Services is a company created in 2017 by the LVMH Group to support the strong growth of e-commerce of LVMH Brands. LVMH Client Services delivers a remote experience to customers of the brands at the same level of excellence as that of the shops.
The LVMH Client Services is a global centre of excellence that redefines luxury customer service. Located in Paris, the United States and soon in Asia, LVMH Client Services brings added value to the brands by designing, operating and optimizing their customer service, respecting their universe and the DNA of each of them, in 7 foreign languages. LVMH Client Services provides a customized IT ecosystem integrated into the brand's 360 client database and manages a wide range of services. Today, around 50 advisors respond to all customer requests daily via different communication channels such as telephone, emails, chat and social networks (email, Instagram, Facebook, Google my business, WhatsApp, etc.) for 14 brands belonging to the LVMH Group including Guerlain, Givenchy, Berluti, Tag Heuer, Hublot for example.
