Mandarin Oriental, the prestigious luxury hospitality brand, has revealed its latest residential project in Madrid, Spain.

Mandarin Oriental, the renowned luxury hospitality brand, has unveiled its latest residential project in Madrid, the Mandarin Oriental Residences. Located in the prestigious Salamanca neighborhood, the development will consist of 30 exceptional apartments set to open in January 2025. This collaboration marks the second project between Mandarin Oriental and Spanish development company Blasson, as well as the first partnership with Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA), the alternative investment division of Swiss private bank Pictet.

The Mandarin Oriental Residences, Madrid will offer a unique opportunity for new construction in the heart of the vibrant Salamanca neighborhood, known for its luxury retail, bars, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The project will be designed by the highly acclaimed architectural firm Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos, with interiors by Belen Domecq and her Cosmic Studio.

Spanning seven floors, the residences will feature two and three-bedroom units, with living spaces of up to 283 square meters. Each residence will boast a private balcony, and six units will even have private pools, providing an unparalleled luxury living experience. Owners will have access to exclusive amenities such as a residence lounge, landscaped garden, beauty salon, fitness center, and secure underground garage. For relaxation, the residences will offer an outdoor heated pool, spa treatment rooms, an indoor lap pool, and changing facilities.

 

James Riley, Group CEO of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, expressed his excitement about the project, stating that the Mandarin Oriental Residences, Madrid will establish a new benchmark for elevated living in one of Europe's most exciting destinations. Antonio Pan de Soraluce from Blasson Property Investments also expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing the project's contribution to the transformation of Madrid's dynamic Barrio de Salamanca.

Pablo Granell, Head of Real Estate with Pictet for Spain and Portugal, added that the project is set to be one of Spain's most iconic residential developments, generating added value for investors and further enhancing Madrid's vibrancy.
