Moët Hennessy Brings Fine Dining to the Formula 1 Circuit

At the Madrid stop of its 2026 Out Lap tour, Moët Hennessy brought gastronomy onto the Formula 1 circuit with a mobile dining experience led by Spanish chef Quique Dacosta, whose restaurant holds three Michelin stars.

A dining experience in motion

Rather than hosting guests in a conventional restaurant, the Out Lap concept places the circuit at the centre of the experience. Guests enjoy a tasting menu while moving along a designated route on the track.

The format brings together culinary creativity, the atmosphere of motorsport and the exclusivity of a carefully staged event. It also offers a distinctive way to experience a Grand Prix setting away from the usual spectator areas.

A global partnership with local character

The experience forms part of the ten-year partnership between LVMH and Formula 1. Across the calendar, different houses from the luxury group can take part in activations shaped around each host destination.

In Spain, the programme highlighted Bodega Numanthia, connecting the group's international presence with a wine house rooted in the country's winemaking tradition. The collaboration demonstrates how a global partnership can be adapted to local culture and expertise.

Where gastronomy meets experience

For luxury brands, hospitality is increasingly about creating memorable moments rather than simply presenting products. By combining a celebrated chef, a motorsport venue and the group's portfolio of houses, the Out Lap experience brings several dimensions of luxury together.

The concept also reflects the growing overlap between fine dining, entertainment and brand experience. Here, the circuit becomes more than a sporting venue: it provides the setting for a gastronomic event designed around movement, exclusivity and place.
