A madeleine for Octobre Rose
For the third consecutive year, Ritz Paris Le Comptoir is supporting the French association Tout le monde contre le cancer as part of Octobre Rose, the annual campaign raising awareness of breast cancer.
The Madeleine Rose & Hibiscus features a rose and hibiscus caramel centre, bringing floral notes to a signature pastry. It is available for €5 individually or €30 for a box of five, with all profits from its sale donated to the association.
The organisation works in more than 180 hospitals across France, supporting patients with cancer, their families and healthcare teams.
A seasonal take on Tarte Tatin
The second creation celebrates autumn through a French pastry classic. Theysset's Tarte Tatin features slowly caramelised apple slices on a sweet pastry base, with a design inspired by the arches associated with the Ritz.
The two creations offer different expressions of the house's pastry expertise: one linked to a charitable cause, the other to seasonal ingredients and the reinterpretation of a traditional dessert.
Available through November
Both creations are available from 1 October to 18 November 2026 at the Ritz Paris Le Comptoir boutiques on rue Cambon and rue de Sèvres. Customers can also order through Click & Collect and delivery services.
By combining French pâtisserie with a charitable commitment, Ritz Paris Le Comptoir connects the pleasure of a seasonal treat with a wider cause, while continuing to express the identity of the Maison through detail, craftsmanship and presentation.
