Optimiser la satisfaction des clients par votre attitude conviviale, votre disponibilité, et votre présence sur le terrain
Entretenir un fort relationnel avec les clients dans l’objectif de les fidéliser
Être garant de la qualité de la prestation du service au client

Technique métier – production :

Assurer la transmission des informations aux différents services et relayer les décisions F&B
Participer à la mise à jour des fiches techniques
Suivre les changements de carte et de tarifs en lien avec le Chef de Cuisine et les Maîtres d’Hôtel
Participer aux réunions F&B

Profil

Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe, de leadership et de réactivité.
Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais.
Une 3ème langue serait un plus.
