L’hôtel Byblos***** Palace, situé en plein cœur de Saint-Tropez, recrute son Agent de Réservation (H/F) pour compléter son équipe.
L’Agent de Réservation (H/F) réceptionne et traite toutes les demandes de réservation de chambre et/ou suite (par téléphone, par mail ou en direct) dans le respect des procédures internes. Elle/Il collabore avec les différents services de l'hôtel (réception, commercial…) et avec les intermédiaires de distribution (IDS, GDS, agences de voyages, tour-operators...). L’Agent de Réservation (H/F) veille à garantir au client la fiabilité et la qualité de sa réservation (confirmation, saisies informatiques). Elle/Il véhicule l'image de l'hôtel par son attitude exemplaire, son accueil chaleureux et convivial, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité.
