Dans le cadre de notre développement nous recrutons notre futur(e) Agent de Réservation.
Vos missions :
- Réponse aux demandes clients (téléphone, mail, courrier) dans le respect des procédures.
- Saisie, suivi et mise à jour des réservations dans le système selon les critères de segmentation.
- Garantie de la qualité de service et du respect des standards (communication, grooming, procédures).
- Promotion des offres et services de l’hôtel pour maximiser les ventes.
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles.
- Contribution à l'amélioration continue de l’organisation et de la productivité.
- Préparation des arrivées quotidiennes et transmission des dossiers à la réception.
- Diplôme minimum Bac + 3
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, idéalement au sein d’un Hôtel de renommée internationale.
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et bon relationnel.
- Excellente communication en français et en anglais.
- Maîtrise des outils de réservation et des techniques de vente.
