Dans le cadre de l'agrandissment de notre hôtel, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Gouvernant(e) Général(e) pour accompagner la Gouvernante Générale dans la gestion et l’optimisation du service Housekeeping.
Missions principales:
Sous la responsabilité de la Gouvernante Générale, vous participez activement à la gestion opérationnelle et humaine du service des étages :
Opérations & Qualité:
Contrôler la propreté et la conformité des chambres, des parties communes et du Spa
Veiller au respect des standards 4★ et des procédures internes
Garantir la qualité des prestations et la satisfaction client
Appliquer et faire respecter les engagements Clef Verte (produits écoresponsables, gestion des consommations, tri, etc.)
Management d’équipe:
Encadrer, former et motiver les équipes housekeeping
Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi des plannings
Assurer l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Remplacer la Gouvernante Générale en son absence
Gestion & Organisation:
Gérer les stocks (linge, produits d’entretien, amenities)
Participer au suivi des commandes et à l’optimisation des coûts
Assurer la coordination avec la réception et les services techniques
Gérer les demandes spécifiques clients et les objets trouvés
