L’Assistant Maître d’hôtel (H/F) seconde le responsable dans ses tâches quotidiennes et le remplace lors de son absence. Elle/Il véhicule l'image de l'hôtel par son attitude exemplaire, son accueil chaleureux et convivial, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. L’Assistant Maître d’hôtel (H/F) veille à la satisfaction de la clientèle et assure l’animation des équipes.
