Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (m/f)

The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day Restaurant operations in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements, whilst ensuring adherence to JOALI service standards, F&B concept, service sequences, as well as operating procedures.

Creating joyful moment while delivering the ultra-luxury experience for every JOALI guests.

Profil

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3 years’ experience of similar role from diverse background in a 5-star resort.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or diploma from reputable institution.
Certification in Food Safety and HACCP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Strong knowledge in Food and Beverage products, services, and management.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a 5-star level resort.
Adaptability to work in a remote island/resort in the Maldives.
Female European or Western Candidates with additional language would be a great advantage.
