OUVERTURE D'UNE BOULANGERIE au sein de l'hôtel La Maison Favart
Missions:
Encadré(e) par un Chef boulanger expérimenté, vous apprendrez à :
Préparer et pétrir les pâtes (pain, viennoiseries, spécialités)
Façonner, cuire et contrôler les productions
Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
Participer à la gestion des stocks et au nettoyage du poste
Formation BP ou autre formation en boulangerie
Motivé(e), ponctuel(le) et sérieux(se)
Passionné(e) par l’artisanat et le travail bien fait
Avec une première expérience en stage ou apprentissage
