Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Partie, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Participer à la préparation des plats selon les standards de la maison
- Réaliser les mises en place et préparations préliminaires
- Assurer le dressage des assiettes avec soin et précision
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)
- Nettoyer et entretenir le poste de travail
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble de la brigade
- Formation en cuisine (CAP/BEP/Bac Pro ou équivalent)
- Première expérience souhaitée en restauration gastronomique ou traditionnelle haut de gamme
- Passion pour la cuisine et sens du détail
- Dynamique, rigoureux(se) et motivé(e)
- Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe
- Sens de l’organisation et résistance au stress
