L’hôtel Byblos***** Palace, situé en plein cœur de Saint-Tropez, recrute un Barman (H/F) pour compléter son équipe;
Le Barman (H/F) assiste le Responsable Barman au bon déroulement du service, par son efficacité et son sens relationnel. En l’absence du Responsable Barman, elle/il gère l'équipe du bar, est à l’écoute des besoins de la clientèle et communique avec ses supérieurs hiérarchiques. Elle/Il suit les directives qui lui sont transmises et contribue ainsi à assurer un bon esprit d’équipe au sein de la brigade. Elle/Il collabore à la gestion des stocks et à l’élaboration des boissons.
