Au sein du Bar Hemingway, ambiance des années trente, et sous la supervision du Directrice du Ritz Bar, Anne-Sophie Prestail, vous procèderez principalement à la mise en place des bars, de la caféterie et à la préparation du service des barmen dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein du Ritz Paris.
