- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients dès leur arrivée à l’hôtel.
- Prendre en charge le stationnement et la restitution des véhicules avec soin et efficacité.
- Gérer le flux des véhicules à l’entrée de l’hôtel.
- Assurer un service discret, fluide et personnalisé.
- Fournir une assistance aux clients (ouverture de portes, aide aux bagages, orientation, etc.).
- Maintenir une présentation soignée de la zone d’arrivée et de départ.
- Expérience préalable en tant que voiturier ou dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement de luxe.
- Excellente présentation, courtoisie et sens aigu du service client.
- Discrétion, fiabilité, réactivité.
- Maîtrise du français, l’anglais est un plus.
