Assurer pour chaque client, un service et une expérience uniques, personnalisés et chaleureux
Vous assurez l'accueil de la clientèle, le service bagages, de l'arrivée au départ du client.
Vous récupérez et garez les véhicules des clients au parking de l'hôtel.
Vous orientez le client dans l'hôtel Liste non exhaustive.

Profil

Permis B
Anglais impératif, un 3ème langue est vivement souhaitée
Une première expérience en hôtellerie haut de gamme / luxe est un plus.
Souriant(e), sens du service et à l'écoute, excellent relationnel
Attitude et comportement adaptés à l'univers du Luxe Capacité d'adaptation, organisation et rigueur
Force de proposition et proactivité
