The Reservation Agent Trainee supports the reservations team by helping manage inquiries and learning how to convert calls into confirmed bookings. Under supervision, the intern will learn to deliver an outstanding telephone experience while developing a professional and welcoming attitude that reflects the hotel’s quality and standards. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail are essential to developing the skills needed for success in this role.
