SEASON 2025 - Starting late February 2025 early March 2025 until November 2025
For our two Michelin Star Kitchen we are looking for personable, passionate and driven Chefs de Partie Patisserie.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of creative pastries, desserts and bread
Ensure and maintain precision, flavor and artistic attention to detail in all pastry items
Monitor pastry inventory, ensuring all items are fresh, high-quality and adequately stocked
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of all pastry items
Adapt to guest requests and dietary needs
Support the Pastry Chef in menu planning and menu innovation
Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

Profil

Our ideal candidate must possess:

Fluent in English, German and Portuguese are a plus
Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and service teams
Proven track record of working in high-pressure, high-standard kitchen environments
Creativity and attention to detail in designing and executing pastry presentations
Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants, specifically in pastry or dessert preparation
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the culinary arts
