Au sein de notre Brasserie Les Fenêtres (https://marseille.intercontinental.com/les-fenetres/) d’inspiration principalement Méditerranéenne, moderne et décomplexée, et sous la responsabilité du Responsable, vous assistez les Maîtres d'Hôtel pour le service en salle. Vous êtes responsable d'un groupe de table et assurez les commandes auprès des clients. Vous encadrez une équipe de commis et de serveurs.
D'une manière générale, le titulaire du poste peut être amené à effectuer toutes autres tâches entrant dans son domaine d'activité.
