En tant que Commis de Cuisine, vous intégrez la brigade du Chef de Cuisine et assistez l’ensemble de l’équipe dans la mise en place et la réalisation des préparations culinaires.
Vous participez activement à la production quotidienne de la cuisine (services, petit-déjeuner et repas du personnel), dans le respect des standards de qualité, des procédures internes et des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
