Sous la supervision du responsable de magasin, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Accueillir et accompagner les clients dès leur arrivée, en offrant un service personnalisé et attentif.
- Prendre les commandes et assurer le service à table.
- Fidéliser la clientèle en garantissant un service de qualité et en répondant à leurs attentes.
- Appliquer les procédures d'hygiène et de service de manière rigoureuse, en respectant les standards de l'établissement.
- Participer à la mise en place des produits dans les vitrines, en respectant une présentation soignée
- Assurer le réassort
- Préparer et servir une variété de boissons à base de café (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) selon les standards de qualité de l'établissement
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour assurer un service rapide et efficace.
