Profil

Se valorará formación en gastronomía
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en hoteles de 5*
Conocimientos de: manipulación de alimentos, protocolos de higiene alimentaria, conocimientos culinarios, temperaturas de cámaras y calientes….
Capacidad para asistir al jefe de partida en todo aquello que necesite.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y bajo presión.
Orientado al resultado y crecimiento profesional
Persona afable, acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo
