Servir de enlace con los clientes para construir reservas precisas de eventos.
Ofrecer un servicio excepcional en persona, por correo electrónico o por teléfono.
Establecer los requisitos del cliente para facilitar eficazmente sus necesidades
Responder a las consultas de reuniones y eventos y hacer upselling para maximizar las ventas, la ocupación y los ingresos
Registrar con precisión todas las consultas en el sistema de ventas y catering - recopilando hojas de funciones precisas e informes periódicos para el Equipo de Operaciones

Profil

Experiencia previa en grupos, reuniones y eventos en un hotel o función de ventas
Pasión por proporcionar excelentes experiencias de los clientes y el compromiso del cliente
Confianza en la prevención proactiva de problemas y capacidad para gestionar la recuperación del servicio tras cualquier queja
Amor por trabajar en un equipo motivado y de ritmo rápido con el deseo de dar el siguiente paso en su carrera profesional
Excelente atención al detalle
