The Biltmore Mayfair offers an exciting and unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join its fantastic Team.
As a Chef De Partie you are responsible for supporting the Executive, Head, Sous Chefs and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulation and mentoring junior staff members.

The Biltmore Café offer all day British Dining with the elegant and sophisticated surrounding An all-year round alfresco terrace, an exclusive cocktail bar and a large gymtech fitness suite. In addition, the hotel will showcase an impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smaller function suites up to 100 guests.
